Project Coordinators:The project coordinator manages the job from start to finish. The project coordinator assesses your needs, looking at terminology, format, and delivery. The project coordinator also becomes familiar with your company, including the translation materials and the target audience in order to assemble the appropriate team with the most relevant qualifications and experience. The coordinator acts as the central point of communication between you and InfoTrans, and monitors the progress of translators, proofreaders and publishing staff to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Translators: We require that our translators be qualified in their field of specialization and that they have relevant work and translation experience. Regardless of their qualifications, all are rigorously and regularly evaluated to ensure the quality of their work.

Proofreaders: Proofreaders are actually checkers, copy editors and rewriters all in one. The proofreader is a native speaker of the target language who is also fluent in the source language. Proofreaders check for sentence accuracy and terminology consistency. They also ensure that the writing is natural and easy to read, with the appropriate style, which is especially important in legal documents and contracts.
