The translation workflow can range from fairly straightforward to very complex. In general we follow the steps listed below:

  1. Translation request is received
  2. Document is analyzed, project schedule is estimated
  3. Quotaton sent to client
  4. Once the quotation is approved, a translation team is set up, translation process starts
  5. Translated document is proofread by proofreader (optional)
  6. Final check for composition (wrong characters, punctuation) is completed by checker
  7. Translated document is sent to desktop publishing to be reformatted to match original
  8. Translation project is delivered as electronic files. If you wish we can send you a CD-ROM for backup purposes.
  9. When delivery to client is confirmed project is invoiced
  10. Electronic files are archived
